My name is Joseph vijay, and this bakery is the result of years of dedication, trial and error, and an unshakable love for baking. What started in a small, humble kitchen with secondhand tools and big dreams has slowly grown into something truly special. Our first cookie was far from perfect, and our earliest cupcakes were baked with more heart than skill—but every setback taught us something valuable. We failed, we learned, and we kept going.
We believe that good food doesn’t just feed the body—it feeds the soul. That’s why each product you see here is made with intention, passion, and a deep respect for traditional baking.
